Future employment models will enjoy greater flexibility, and they will be characterized by a greater prevalence of part-time work, remote work …etc. Also, one of the important skills for the future: emotional intelligence, innovation, persuasive capabilities, and creativity, which are at the forefront of the skills that the student learns in the West, and the student and teacher need.
